Back to School 2020: Resources and Tips

Back to School Tips for Fall 2020

  • Keep a routine, especially if you are learning from home. Keep a regular bedtime and wake up time. Making a routine and sticking to it is helpful. 

  • Wash your hands often and practice social distancing. 

  • When you feel worried/anxious/mad you can practice mindfulness or gratefulness
